Meet Nichole
Welcome! My name is Nichole Cunningham and I am a doula and empowered birth advocate. I'm also a wife and mother. It is from my experience giving birth to our four children that I found my passion for birth and supporting families during their birth and postpartum journeys. I have acquired a unique set of skills that I am pleased to offer families embarking on their journey to parenthood.
My first baby was born via cesarean section, the following three via VBAC, two with pain medication, two without. I had four very different journeys in breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, babywearing, disposable & cloth diapering, co-sleeping, bed sharing, attachment parenting, sleep training, baby led weaning, homemade & store bought baby food, homeschooling and public schooling and so much more. These experiences have taught me that there is not one perfect way of doing anything, but that with support, we were able to find the perfect way for our babies and family. I hope to support families as they find their way as well.

Other than serving families and babies, I enjoy cooking, coffee, movies, taking pictures, making lists, laughing, learning, sunshine, daydreaming, snuggling with my babies and making memories.

"Nichole was my labor doula, and she was wonderful. She came to my house for something else, and when she arrived I went into labor. So no warning, no chance to prepare. 22 hour home birth with a drive to the hospital and back home in the middle. She went way above and beyond. She is also (current, baby is 6 weeks old) my post partum doula and processed my placenta for me. I highly recommend her."
